Beth MacLean

She uses her expertise in organization design, strategy development, leadership facilitation, organization assessment, change management, process improvement, and large group meeting facilitation, while working with companies like Clorox, Nike, Levi Strauss, Gap Inc., Blue Shield of California, Electronic Arts, StubHub and NetApp.

Laila Tarraf

is a senior human capital executive with more than 25 years professional experience across all facets of human resources, talent management and leadership development. Her experience spans multiple industries and companies of various sizes from technology start-ups to high growth consumer and retail companies as well as financial services and family run businesses. Laila served as Chief People Officer at Peet’s Coffee and Tea and served as the Director of Human Capital at GI Partners, a mid-market private equity firm in San Francisco. Laila works with company leaders and their boards in raising leaders to their highest level of consciousness so that they can create the conditions for people to do their best work. She leads workshops on leadership, mindfulness, engagement and culture, and is a guest lecturer at Berkeley Law School.



Wendy Bowers

is an experienced management consultant to organizations pursuing strategic change and improved organizational effectiveness. She brings outstanding organizational skills, an effective partnering style, and strong business acumen to all of her engagements. She is able to dig deep and analyze the details while understanding the larger business and organizational context. Wendy’s clients are from diverse industries: apparel, ecommerce, data management and storage, digital entertainment, health care services, and not-for-profit community organizations. She has held internal transformation and project lead roles in the apparel, technology, telecommunications, natural resources, and legal industries.

Danielle Vidal

is known for her positive, thoughtful, honest and goal-directed style, Danielle has spent the last 18 years as a results-oriented Executive and Leadership coach working to both assess and support C-Suite leaders, senior executives, and mid-level managers from Fortune 500, 50 20 and 10 companies across a broad range of industries including Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Health Care, Education and Entertainment. Danielle works collaboratively and partners with people to enable professional, business and personal growth by helping leaders and individuals gain clarity on their strengths and development needs and integrating those insights into the realities of their organization’s current landscape, their role, and their desired future potential. In particular she is an expert on interpersonal and relational skills.



Kyle Mueller

is Larson & Associates go-to Visual Designer. Kyle is a long time designer and artist living in the SF Bay Area. Kyle creates strategic brands, collateral, web sites and communications systems for clients like HP, Nintendo, Boeing, Advent Software and OmniVision Technologies. Kyle follows a design approach that is rooted in information analysis which informs his creative explorations. Through this he creates unique visual languages to help clients speak strategically and consistently.
