In January, Larson & Associates consulted and partnered with us on setting our strategic direction. During the prep call, Sarah assessed our situation and knew what needed to happen in order for us to achieve what we wanted in a short 2 day timeline. She was focused and led discussions that were not easy given the strong opinions of the leaders. She provided us with tools and the leadership team was able to identify the overall strategy and priorities. Feedback from her involvement was extremely positive and we want her to come back next year and help us again.
